How can I improve my team?

Question

So I'm currently 2-6, but I'm not sure what I can do to improve my team.  This is a 10 team non-PPR league (with 6 point passing TDs).

QB: Matt Ryan
WR1: Jordy Nelson
WR2: T.Y. Hilton
WR3: Mike Wallace
RB1: Andre Ellington
RB2: Eddie Lacy
FLEX: Jerick Mckinnon
TE: Jimmy Graham
(I don't think my defense or kicker is going to help or hurt)

Bench:
Ronnie Hillman
Ryan Mathews
Cordarelle Patterson
Brian Quick
Jordan Reed

I think I'm weak at QB and WR.  I know my RBs aren't stellar, but I think I can afford to move a couple of them.  I actually traded Kelvin Benjamin and Wes Welker for Matt Ryan (which I now regret).

I'm looking at two possible teams that might need an RB.  One has A. Bradshaw, J. Bell, F. Jackson, Reggie Bush and their WRs are Golden Tate, Sammy Watkins, Roddy White,  L. Fitz, and Mike Evans.  Their QBs are Drew Brees and Joe Flacco, but I doubt they would part with Brees.

The other team has Asiata, McCoy, and J. Hill.  Their WRs are B. Marshall, James Jones, VJax, Crabtree, Reuben Randle, and AJ Green.

1) Do you think I should do anything?
2) What would be reasonable to ask for (and for what)?

Your WRs are fine. Your biggest need is at QB. Your RBs are okay, but not that strong. You might try offering Hillman and Patterson for Green and taking the risk on Green's injury. Ryan is outscoring Flacco and you don't have enough to get Brees without hurting the rest of your team.

Patterson has hurt a lot of teams since he was picked in first 5 rounds by many, but I honestly don't see a good deal there for u. And this is week 9, nobody will be giving away Brees or any top Qb so u are stuck having to build around Ryan which isn't that bad.. for one Hillman is now your every week back, McKinnon is next years news. and yes your kicker and defense are important, every point counts
