Boxing: 140lbs easy work or tough road for Manny Pacquiao?
Maybe i doubt Danny Garcia too much but i happen to think he's the least of Pacquiao's worrys at super-lightweight. Should he run into the likes of Broner and Matysse along the road to a matchup with Garcia,i'm not too confident in how he'l perform.
Matysse is a beast.Could Pacquiao eat the Argentinians shots this late in the game?
Will Pacquiao's speed and combinations be enough to outpoint Broner?
Any thoughts?

Comparatively, the junior welterweights will be less difficult for Manny for he can still meet 140 lbs.without much problem and by fight time balloon to a welterweight carrying the strength and power while maintaining his speed and agility. As in other weight classes, plodding punchers like Lucas Matthysse and Ruslan Provodnikov will be the least of Manny worries. I think Manny will be too skilled, experienced and ring savvy for the likes of Garcia and Broner. But he might encounter hardship with the difficult to fight and look good Mauricio Herrera and the size and range of Viktor Postal. And then there's the fast rising Jose Ramirez and Terrence Crawford who is reportedly making the move up to 140 soon.

140 is difficult for anyone. Garcia will move up soon, and Matthysse and Herrera will follow him to gain revenge. Provo is a difficult fight for anyone too.
It doesn't really matter what Manny does because the only fight he has to fight is against Mayweather, and since hes being ducked there's nothing he can do. He's already solidified as the best of this er ain my eyes and most other people's eyes anyway.

I don't really understand what Pacquiao is trying to do? He's moving back down to 140, but he wants to fight Mayweather at 146 next?
If the Mayweather fight doesn't happen, the Marquez fight doesn't happen, and Pacquiao moves down to 140, then I think he can steamroll through the division and pick up all the major belts if thats what he wants to do.

Please stop overrating Broner he's sh_t. He was good at lightweight fighting guys way smaller than him. Anyone can do that. When he finally fought a guy his size (Maidana) he got his loud mouth ghetto as.s beat.
Pacquiao is in another class compared to Broner. Lucas stands no chance against Manny either.

roach said they only moved up to welterweight to fight delahoya... and stayed there bc of the lucrative fights it offered (hoping also for the megafight to happen w/c is the most lucrative ever)... but I guess they got too tired waiting...
moving down to pacs natural weight class is a great move... last time pac was at 140... there aint much worthy opponents after destroying hatton, that time bradley aint worth the fuzz... but now, its a gold mine... fighting dannyG is a sure ppv hit and a step up to p4p ranking, that is if the latter wont duck him, the #2 matthysse will also be a great fight if ever...
if floyd agrees to fight next year, i dont think it will be difficult for pac to meet floyd at 147.... unless floyd demands to fight at 154, obviously he really doesnt want to fight..lol

Pac is getting old and has had early signs of parkinson's disease for the longest.

Easy work, but not much money. Pac fights for money. He just don't wanna admit it.

I think Pac will beat them all. The toughest one would be Garcia because of his counter left hook.
