County corrections officer?
I'm 21 years and thinking about applying for a corrections job. The yearly salary is 30k does that seem low or is it average? I'm a single man with no kids and I'm wondering if I could live on my own with that. Are there going to chances to get a pay raise being a corrextional officer also? And advancement opportunities?

That sounds pretty nice. to me. I've only made 10k a year so anything above that sounds exceptional. I can't provide any info on the pay raise and advancement, and I apologize for unable to handle aid you in your search. I usually try to ask the places themselves about said opportunities, but a reply isn't guaranteed.
