I scammed on eBay, can I get my money back?

I bought a coat for £19.99 from China and it never arrived after over 30 days of waiting. I sent the seller 2 messages asking where my item was and how much longer it would take but they never responded.

I checked again this morning and they have unlisted their account from eBay. The fuckers scammed me but I paid through PayPal so is there a way that I can get my money back?

    Paypal provides some customer protection, this might be fairly clear case. I know there is a limit of 45 days to make your claim, then they may take some time for an investigation.

    Go to the Resolution Centre ASAP and file an Item Not Received dispute if it's not too late
