    The only way you can change mortgage companies is by refinancing. Sometimes, out of your control, your mortgage will be sold by one company to another. For example, one mortgage I have started off with Washington Mutual and then got sold to Chase. I had no control over that.

    In the UK you approach a mortgage company and ask them. Some will even pay any transfer penalties for you to get your custom. I imagine business works the same way where you are. So make some calls.

    You can REFINANCE your mortgage, which is often done to find a lower interest rate. Search locally or via GOOGLE.
