The side getting Charles is getting a much better deal. Marshall is underperforming significantly this year. Charles is outscoring Marshall by more than 5 pts/game (standard Yahoo scoring). That's a big margin for fantasy.

Jamaal Charles definitely. Rbs are more valuable. Especially stud rb1's because they are so rare.
