On this question I would like to revert back that as you know that hard-work always pays, and now even many times hard-word don't pays because of such a huge competition. So, how to gain success in this type of era. The only prospect is to do a unique think for your client that others can't do.

Here I would like to elaborate my answer with the help of an example. If you are creating a website for your client, you can have to results. If you create a High Quality website for them, that client might again call you for a new work. And if you just put little efforts for them, then you can't hope that the client will call you again. It will also affect your market reputation. So, to gain good reputation, better market value, client satisfaction, more projects, all you need to do is to offer High Quality Design.
