What should I wear for a "typical white girl" costume? (20 year old guy)?

I'm a 20 year old guy with an average build (www.i.imgur.com/6aSXDEq.jpg), however I thought it would be fun to try to dress like the average girl at my University for Halloween. What do you think would work well for an outfit? Also I have long hair, 3 or 4 inches past my shoulders, how should I wear it?

Keep in mind I will be attempting to do this on the cheap, so shoes and the like I will be picking up from thrift stores, however a $10 pair of yoga pants/tights from Walmart won't be an issue.

    I actually personally think guys look extremely hotter with short hair. I had the guy friend that had a afro and he cut it in seventh grade year and he suddenly received soo much cuter.
