iPhone 5c screen replacement?

Can the screen be replaced on a 5c? My daughter dropped hers and it's $169 even with warrenty. Just wondering if it's possible to get it done cheaper? If not oh well.

    Ive seen the price to get the screen replaced for $140. Ive done the repair myself and the part costs about $50. The warranty wont cover physical damage so you should make sure of that 169 cost if thats what you elect.

    Yes, the screen on an iPhone can be replaced. Around where I live there are kiosks in malls where its done. Apple won't do it.
