Whats the best way to set up speech to text recognition,compatible with Word Office 2010 Windows 7 any preferences regarding input devices?

    Windows 7 comes with speech recognition. To start it, click the windows orb, then type "speech recognition" it will ask you to set it up first, the it will work.
