Each is supposedly a stand alone version. Each can be taken in a different direction. Nobody's correlating anything across the different media.

Unlikely.
DC and Warner Bros. would not want to dedicate two TV series to a single character, with minor differences between the two.
If anything, a second version of Constantine (likely the New 52 version) could appear in DC's Dark Universe film.
