I'm going to be very upfront and honest with you. Dropping calls is call avoidance, and it's the biggest sin of the call center world. You were struggling and as a call center employee, I completely understand. Everyone struggles and some people don't get the help they need to overcome those difficulties.
However, I would say you are probably not going to be rehired with this specific company again. First, I would evaluate if you are going to be able to handle the call center environment again - it's really not for everybody and that's okay. Take into consideration that this is a high-stress, fast paced environment usually. If you can handle that, I would apply for different call center opportunities.
If you are asked why you were let go from the previous center, or you're asked about your experience there - tell them what you learned, not what you struggled with. Interviewers want to see the ability to improve.
