How do I fix the addition in MS Excel?

The addition worked properly until this weekend. Now my addition is off in one application (and I don't know yet if it affects others). I've double-checked the formulas. Any advice? (MS Office Home and Student is what I'm using)

    Put an example of your formulas here and we can triple check them, maybe even sort out your dilemma.
