Skyrim enchanting, how to get more than 13%?
Hello, i want to get lets say 15% archery on my ring but i cant get more than 13%, i have 32 enchant level but no perks. And i even drink 25% better enchanting potion before i try to enchant, i use grand soul gem and maximum enchantment i can get is that base 13%....what my enchant level must be in order to move away from base enchantment?
Without using any perk

No go. You must Perk:
*Enchantment*: The Five levels of "Enchanter"

And the Five Levels of *Archery* "Overdraw".

And for more effect:
Perking *Sneak* http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Sneak
"Stealth" Level one, "Backstab", "Deadly Aim".
Makes the Bow even better.
Faendal in Riverwood as a Follower will train for free by paying for the training and then *trading* back the money to the Dragonborn.
To get him as a (at no cost) Follower you have to deliver his letter and Lie.
