Torrey Smith or Percy Harvin?

Smith has disappointed, but had a good game last week. They play Tennessee, who should give up a lot. But Baltimore could go up early, and run the ball for most of the game.

Harvin was great last week, and with Pittsburgh scoring like crazy, New York will surely be playing from behind, and throwing more.

I always seem to bench the wrong player, so I just wanted more opinions. Who should I start?
