Will weed show up on a biopsy?

I don't want any trolls or preaching I just want a straight answer. I have a black lump under my tongue and the oral ssurgeon said he will 'perform a biopsy and cut it off'. I smoke weed everyday (Btw I've only done this for about 2 months, so it's not long enough to have caused the lump(I'm 17).) Will he search for thc?Will it show up? Does a biopsy show thc? If so would he tell my parents? BTW I'm in WA state - legal/lax laws.

    No, a biopsy just shows the cells in a specific bit of tissue, it has nothing to do with whether you're smoking marijuana or not.
