How do you say "uptight man" and "uptight woman" in Japanese?

Update:

How do you say "uptight man" and "uptight woman" in Japanese? I heard somewhere that ojisan means "uptight man" in Japanese. Is that true? If not, then what does it mean? How is "uptight man" really said in Japanese and how do you say "uptight woman" in Japanese? Please translate using English letters, then translate with Japanese characters. Thank you.
