Are you just nervous because you haven't talked in a long time? Just simply say hey, just wanted to let you know I'm moving back. Missed all of you guys/ can't wait to see you again

just say "u love me right?" and when they say yes, say "even if I was thousands of miles from here?" then explain the situation
