    Unless on WiFi

    01 Use Facebook from the browser instead of the application.

    02 Disable AutoSync

    03 Turn off automatic dates for applications

    04 Turn of Data

    Man.... pay as you go is a rip off as there's no way to really control What they're charging you... try and find a cheap all in deal
