CUYTTING CEMENT.?
help. need to cut a notch in my cinder block wall.....wall is startring to tilt and is pushing on the post that holds the gate to the fence. can't afford to spend $3k on repairing the wall right now so I want tp cut a little notch to give the wall some clearance from the post. QUESTION: WILL THE VIBRATION FROM THE CIRCULAR SAW (CEMENT BLADE TOO) CUASE THE MORTAR HOLDING THE BLOCKS TOGETHER TO CRACK?? THANK YOU.

I would use an angle grinder with a diamond blade. This will cut any masonry cleanly, quickly and with no vibration to speak of. If your circular saw has a diamond blade it should be similar. An abrasive blade will make a mess.
