Would 105mg Zopiclone + 1000mg Sertraline be enough to kill me?
If I took 105mg Zopiclone (14 * 7.5mg) and 1000mg Sertraline (20 * 50mg) would I die? How reliable would this be?

Drugs are a terrible way to kill yourself. The likelihood is you would fail and end up with a damaged liver everyone talking about you and your problems are still around. You would end up even worse off than you are right now.
Instead of trying to run away from your problems by killing yourself why don't you confront your problems and deal with them?
