how to learn english?

Im a new learner of english but im having some difficulties while speaking english.... I cant punctuate english words ... All i want is to improve my acsent ... What do you guys sugges me on this? I will ariciate your answers ....

    I'm learning Spanish. It's hard to hear and speak when you aren't around it, so I watch many movies in Spanish and pause them and repeat what they said. I also read Spanish books to myself even if I don't understand. And I watch videos in Spanish on YouTube and try to repeat them.

    Listen to english CONSTANTLY! I am learning spanish and when I hear it over and over again, it really helps me!
