What sort of pain? Where is the pain, central, right side? etc. How bad is the pain? Does it radiate anywhere? Is it intermittent? What makes it better? what makes it worse? does the way you lie make it worse? Do you have any past history e.g. heart problems? Is the pain made worse with food? Associated symptoms - cough, shortness of breath, sweaty, etc.
Really need more information if you want anything worth reading coming back at you.
