PSVITA Store Question?
Did my download go through? Two of my videos finished downlaoding but when I go to my video I see ??? instead of the video itself. Also some sort of code number I guess UVA something. An Error code?
I also realized my Internet wasn't connected to PS VITA Store. Could that be the reason?
If so, Do I have repurchased those two videos again and start redownloading all over again? .

If you bought them, they are marked as owned to your account.
You may have to go back into the PSN store to force the download to happen. I have some problems with my Vita downloading games automatically like the PS3 and PS4 can do.
