Does a condenser do work?
I'm taking a thermodynamics course and cannot figure out this one question. It's in steady state, and there's no heat transfer to the surroundings so I want to say it doesn't, that the heat exchange happens spontaneously between the coolant air and water coming in. Would this be the correct interpretation?
