you cannot cause a period to come sooner than it should. As this is the case i assume you are a young teen? i personally got my period later than all my friends and found that i was just a late bloomer. I only got my period in the middle of grade 8 and started to grow in grade 9. there is nothing wrong with that.

dont look forward to it is what ive heard from my friends you just might be a late bloomer or a 10 year old the doctor says I will get mine when im 16 :)
