Presente continuo o progresivo se utiliza el auxiliar to be y el gerundio "ing"
I-am, you,we,they=are, he, she,it=is
Ejemplo: I (persona) am/ 'm (verbo to be) going (verbo simple:go, gerundio ing) to the store.
Pasado progresivo se utilza igual, lo que cambia es la forma del verbo to be.
I,he,she,it =was We,they,you=were
Ejemplos: I was going to the store
We were going to the store
