I'm really ashamed if people know I'm not straight?
My mom found out that I have a girlfriend and I'm just really uncomfortable with the fact that she knows, even if she accepts me and is happy and everything, I don't want to come out to anyone and I don't want to put a label on myself but my mom is like really proud of me for some reason and I know she'll tell everyone. Does anyone else experience this?

You are who you are. You did not ask to be a lesbian. People will give you a difficult time. They are not your friends. True friends will accept you because you make them happy. It is great that your mother supports you. I am glad you have found a partner. That is special : )
