Vulva is the term to describe the external part of a womans genitals, which includes the inner and outer labia, vestibule containing the vaginal opening and urethral opening, also the head of the clitoris. The vagina is the internal part of a womans genitals - the vulva is not part of the vagina.
The term c*nt refers to a woman's genitalia in general so can include all of the vulva, vagina, urethra, and clitoris - it's one of the only terms used to describe the female genitalia as a whole, rather than referring to female genitalia as 'vagina' which is inappropriate and given the meaning of the word 'vagina' could be said to be sexist. The term 'c*nt' can be used as an insult, just like p*ssy or d*ck, but many reclaim the word which means that they see it as a positive term for women's genitals and don't believe it should be used as an insult.

A c*nt is used as a slang term for a woman's genitals. It can also be used as a rude insult (you can call someone that name and they will like be highly offended/annoyed).
A vulva is part of the vagina (external).
