Squirting refers to female ejaculation, this is fluid that comes out of the urethra during orgasm - and not always, a woman can orgasm without releasing ejaculate. The fluid that comes from the vagina is discharge or lubrication produced during arousal, it isn't connected with orgasm as the vagina produces discharge all the time to keep the vagina clean and lubrication whenever a woman is aroused.

99% of cis women produce discharge and lubrication, we can't possibly say how many women ejaculate because we simply don't know enough about female ejaculation yet. Some people still argue that it doesn't exist, some people argue not all women ejaculate, but most researchers agree that all women are capable but that arousal to that level and correct stimulation is rare, also that it's normally a small trickle of fluid that is not easily distinguishable from vaginal lubrication during sex (rather than a 'squirt').

There is no such thing as "squirting" from the vagina, but the vagina can produce a lot of fluids during arousal, more so in some women than others.
