With all positive evidences of a crime if the District Attorney refuse to prosecute on my behalf, Can I put him to Court?

    Adam, What are you talking about it is the District Attorney to do the decision. Are you saying he condones the criminal to continue doing forgeries? It is in the documented evidences of such forgeries are you telling me that maybe the District Attorney is in the payback by David Atkind who owns a Realty business? Are you one of its cohort as well by the sound of your instant answers to my question? Can explain why the New York District Attorney is in the papers being tried for such kind of behavior? It is the awareness of the view of the law is being violated that matters most. Got it?
