With all positive evidences of a crime if the District Attorney refuse to prosecute on my behalf, Can I put him to Court? If no lawyers?

    Hey you Beverly S. Who said I want to persecute someone? I said will such DA in the office of Assist. Atty Gen. Jordan Anger will he be able to persecute on my behalf someone as that of David Atkind Realty who committed forgery to foreclose my property. Got it?

    You can't prosecute someone. You can sue someone.
