To hang curtains, one must have curtain rods. So, one goes to a hardware store or department store. To get curtain rods, one must first measure the window both inside the window frame and the inside of the window to see if the curtains and the curtain rods will fit and cover the window frame. After that, from a step stool, you nail, slide, poke, pull, slide and hammer until the curtain hangs evenly across the window. Good luck.
