How can i extend a concrete slab?

how do i connect old reinforced concrete with new reinforced concrete?

    You bore holes in the old concrete and glue rebar into those holes. Yes you GLUE reinforcing bars into the old concrete. Then tie the new reinforcing bars to them and pour new concrete.

    Effin Trolls is quite correct. The glue is a special epoxy made for the job. If you want to create a movement joint, then only glue one end and leave the other end unglued.

    im s builder ..i would not extend a slab by joining two together ...better to put an expansion strip between the two and have two seperate slabs
