Have you got any names of affordable game capture cards.?
It needs to be up to £35/$54 and it needs to record in at least 720p. Links would be helpful but if not names will do.

You're going to have to fork over a little more than that if you want to get 720p recording. The price you are looking at will barely get you 480i recording quality.
This is the card I use and would recommend: http://url.llaffer.com/hdmicap
It can record up to 1080p if you have a fast enough PC to support it. IF not, there is a lower threshold for 720p recording (which is where I lay)
