Whats the legal age to become gay?

Negative nine months. You are born gay. Gay people are programmed to be gay while they are still a fetus. Their is no age to "become gay."

One theory envolves epigenetics. Are genes have something called epi markers which tell certain genes when and how to activate. All people get both the male attraction epimarkers from their mom and female epimarkers from their dad. In straight men, the mothers epimarkers are erased. In gay men, they are not.

Homosexuality is not a choice and cannot be changed.

You come out whenever you feel comfortable 13, 17, 21, 26, whatever... no age but don't try to live try living with a woman/man if you know you're gay... that's not right. You realize you're gay whenever as well.

No such thing as a legal age. A 1 second old baby could be gay

Your teacher does not know what he (or she) is talking about. There is nothing legal or illegal about being gay nor a choice when this happens. Being gay is a part of who a person is not something they make a conscious choice about.
