Have I screwed up my future by not living up to my potential?

In high school I could have gotten valedictorian. I literally have never studied a day in my life. I would procrastinate essays until 4 hours before class, copy homework, sleep in class, etc and I still ended up with 3.6 top 10% in my class.

Going in to college it got worse. Freshman year I would skip class all the time, and once again procrastinate on everything, not do my homework, etc. I started failing pretty hard but I ended up pulling out a measly 3.0. Sophomore year I completely failed out. That was my all time low. I only earned 6 credit hours 1st semester and didn't even enroll second semester. So now I'm back, year three. I Started off great, but I keep falling back in to my old ways. I'm so used to being a slacker it's almost impossible to work hard. All I want to do is play video games, sleep, hang with my Buddy's.

I guess I'm just bummed because I want to start college all over again. Be a freshman because I could earn a 4.0 I just can't seem to use my potential. It sucks. I already regret it and I'm only 19. What am I gonna feel like at age 30 when I'm an intelligent man working a bum job? Yeah rant over....

No offense, but if you've spent your entire life skipping out on education you aren't going to be an "intelligent man" working a bum job.

It sucks, but you have to start making habits. Like doing your own work and studying. Time management is key. If you manage your time, work is a lot less stressful. You're only 19. You've barely even scratched the surface of the hardships in your life. You have about 50 years left in your life, assuming you live the average lifespan.

If you want to get the most out of your education, you need to ensure you're learning. If you don't understand, ask someone or get a tutor to help you. Your education needs to be a massive priority. I smoke weed, I play video games, and hang out with my friends all the time. But I don't do that before I ensure that my day's work is done. You have 12 hours in a day (that you're awake), it won't kill you to spend only a couple of hours a day studying or working on that assignment you have due.
