I would like to suggest that you take some advice form a free debt advice charity.
This one is highly recommended
To answer your specific enquiry I am assuming this is to do with completing an income and expenditure form to arrange a payment plan.
There are two ways of doing this.
You include your DLA as income and then put the expenditure to do specifically with your care/mobility needs on the form. So, for example, if you employ a carer/cleaner because of your care needs then you would put this down as expenditure.
The other way to do it is not to include the DLA as income but write an accompanying letter saying that you have not included your DLA as you have not included the expenditure that this money is used for.

County courts view DLA in a funny way, you would need to seek legal advice who will tell you the latest information but from many sources they tend to "discard" DLA entirely on the grounds it is only to pay for essential medical/care needs and additional costs of illness/disability and therefore is NOT disposable income.
