How can I make sure I receive only questions about UK matters?
It is very difficult to tell which country the questioner is talking about.
Is there anyway of ensuring that I only receive UK questions?
3 AnswersYahoo Answers7 years agoWho is responsible for this personal injury?
My 87 year old mother flew to Orlando. The airline had provided the wheelchair but as she was about to get out of it and onto the plane the wheelchair pusher injured her leg as he got her out of the chair. She was very shaken and because of ther age suffered a huge bruise and swelling. She was not allowed to fly on to Orlando.
She was seen by paramedics and treated very well. She was able to get on the next flight.
My question is: who is responsible for this personal injury? The airline or the sub-contractor who 'ran' the wheelchair service?

2 AnswersLand Phones1 decade agocheap cigarettes - Adinkerke belgium?
We are thinking of travelling as foot passengers on the ferry to Calais and would like to pick up cheap cigarettes by travelling to Adinkerke, Belgium.
Does anyone know if there is still a mini bus which goes from Calais to Adinkerke? Alternatively, we live near Ashford Kent so a coach trip to Adinkerke from here would also be OK.
If anyone could give me a link I would be very grateful as have tried to 'google' without any success.
No anti smoking comments thank you very much!

21 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoDoes anyone know where I can buy flight socks for someone with very large calves?
The ones available in the shops are no good whatsoever. I have been told you can have them specially made but cannot find out how/where you do this. I have done a google search with no success.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
8 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoPlanting trees to screen ugly greenhouse?
Any gardening experts out there? Our neighbours have erected a large greenhouse at the bottom of our garden. We would like to plant some trees to screen us from this truly ugly structure. We would need to take up some patio slabs to do this so really need trees whose roots will not bring up surrounding slabs. Also the trees will need to reach (or already be 12-14 feet high). They need to be evergreen and very 'bushy'! Have done lots of research but am at a loss (probably too much information!). Many thanks.

When I click on 'watch Leona Lewis's new video' I can't hear any sound. Have checked that my volume control is OK. What am I doing wrong?

3 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoBest flight to Florida for 85 year old?
My mother wants to go to visit my brother in Florida. She has been given the go ahead by her doctor. However, she can barely walk and suffers badly from swollen ankles/legs. (Dr. says 'not a problem' as she is on medication to thin the blood). Can any one recommend a good airline which would give her the most comfortable journey? Would business class be a good idea? Beds? Foot rests? Disabled loos? She will have my sister accompanying her.
6 AnswersAir Travel1 decade agoGrowing azaleas in a pot?
I want to grow some azaleas in a pot which will reach a height of 6-8 feet to screen us from a neighbouring plot. I live in south east England and the spot is sunny with occasional shade. Any suggestions to the best variety would be gratefully received.
