the old republic bounty hunter/sith inquisitor question....more like empire question.?

I love playing with my sith inquisitor, only level 16 at the moment, and i just started a bounty hunter, which looks to be fun. I know the story will be different, but i was wondering where they are both with the empire, will it be a lot of the same stuff, like visiting planets in the same order, with the same sidequests. i was going to be republic for my other account,so that way things would be different. Can i play my bounty hunter account without feeling like im doing the same old stuff over and over that i did with my sith......just wondering since they are both empire
