I m going to purchase Photoshop and all that, and I need it today... so if I buy it today can I use it immediately? I have already used up the 30 day trials and everything is downloaded...

You are able to use CC software the moment you log in with your Adobe account, as soon as a valid license is purchased from Adobe.
