Sephora return policy?

I bought a lipgloss for $26 at sephora like a year ago. I only used it once and I don't like it.

I know sephora returns used items but will I be able to since its been a year? I still have the box but not the recipt

If you are part of their beauty rewards, they can just look you up and they will be able to see that you have purchased the lip gloss. They don't have a certain period which you have to return the make up by. I bought a foundation in October 2013, threw away the receipt and the packaging, used it a few times but a couple people told me it wasn't my shade so I decided to return it. I totally forgot about it and returned it like 10 months later. They gave me the full refund even though I had no receipt, there was no packaging, and it was used. Their return policy is great!

Sephora is usually very good on stuff like that. Since its been a year theres a chance they might not accept it but they still might Id definitly try since they're usually very flexible with that kind of thing.

You could always try! Maybe pretend you got given it as a present which is why you don't have the receipt!

If you can't return it, you could always pass it along to a younger relative -- or friend. I used to love to swap products with family. good luck!!

I doubt they'll take it back mainly for the fact that it's been used.
