Help with college written evaluation?

I am a teacher/counselor in Brazil, and one of my students asked me to write a evaluation for her. I never wrote one before, this is my first time, and since english is not my first language I do not want to prejudice her.This is the written evaluation:

Gabriela Lima is one of my most outstanding students, she is always seeking to do better and enhance herself. Every time that I did a work project, she would always stay after class, she would ask questions to be sure of the best way of doing it, and she would use her creativity to develop the best work as possible.

Gabriela will always distinctly stand out in my mind as she is one of the few I consider to be significantly above the majority in terms of creativity, ethic, and responsibility. I've been teaching at this school for almost 15 years and students of Gabriela's caliber that have taken my course number in the single digits.

I was her teacher and counselor during her last years of High School, and I can assure you that between many of the qualities that Gabriela has, such as commitment, assiduity and high quality in her activities, I admire her perception that each task is part of a learning process that keeps on being developed and she always seeks to find her best. The best example of that is she being the only student of this institution who wants to study at the best university in the world of her major. She is always improving and impressing the ones around her. I am certain that she is destiny for greatness
