Agree or Disagree: Deliberately spreading around HIV through sex should *not* be considered a crime.?

Update:

People without HIV are allowed to have unsafe sex with multiple people. That's not a crime. Why shouldn't people with HIV be allowed to do the same without facing criminal charges? Forcing one group of people (people with HIV) to restrict their sex lives is unfair and wrong.

Disagree. It should be a crime, most definitely.

ADD: No one is allowed to put others in danger. Having safe sex doesn't hurt anyone. Having sex with someone when you know you have a disease that will hurt them is, well, putting them in harms way.

Disagree, though it never will be considered a crime. Hella wrong, though.
