I got Dunkin Donuts back on November 8th, and I checked via online banking and they still haven t charged my account?

It s been over 2 weeks, and Dunkin Donuts still have not charged my account, and noticing on the receipt, it says they gave back change in cash, not VISA, so does that mean I got the meal for free and don t have to deduct it?
