Do any other Newcastle fans want to be in the Championship?
I started supporting Newcastle in 1990 when we were a Division 2 team, partly because I wanted to support a Division 2 team therefore season after season I want us to get relegated so we can go back to being a second tier team. Anybody else feel the same?

Bayern Munich had only year when they were not in the Bundesliga and that was the inaugural year when Munich 1860 were picked over Bayern Munich. The next year Bayern Munich were promoted and have never been relegated. Only Hamburg of the original Bundesliga has never been relegated, but they tested that last year in a very strong way.

Strangely, I actually enjoyed supporting City more when we were sh*t. I'm not sure if it's because I'm older now and can't aspire to mercs or because City were a proper football club without the glory hunter "fans" and jealous swipes from others.
