How to access bios?

I know what button i should press to access, however, the keyboard doesn't start before windows has completely booted up , so now keyboard key works to access bios, any other way to access bios?

    BIOS does actually initialize USB2 keyboards, unless you tell it not (typical of industrial/kiosk PCs). USB3 ports can be set to ignore legacy (USB2). If your PC has a PS2 port, get a PS2 keyboard.

    First try Del, if not, try F2, F10, or F8. Usually Esc switched to text mode, which can be stopped with the pause key.

    After power on, tap F10 or F2 or DEL to access BIOS
