Child Care?
I am now 17 weeks pregnant, and considering my options for child care, I know I will need it by 2016. I was wondering is it too early to start considering that? Or should I go ahead and do it, because I know infant/toddler waiting lists are super long especially here in Winnipeg Canada, and I don't want to miss out on having a spot saved for my unborn child.

You cannot sign an unborn child up. If you have family or good friends available, try them first. Many daycares are known for leaving the infant alone in crib for hours to cry. Try to avoid those. If daycare is needed, (most require 6 weeks of age min), talk to other parents and find out which ones are good. There are many bad daycares and a few good ones. Most daycares are in it for easy money.
