You mean a costume for a pug? Or a pug costume for a different type of dog?
Either way, Petsmart and Petco have a lot of pet clothing. They tend to have more costumes around Halloween, but right now they will have regular clothing and Christmas related stuff, like reindeer, Santa, etc.

Look on Amazon and EBay really cheap mine have a monkey costume, princess dress Tutu, coats and other occasions like Halloween Xmas etc

i've seen that picture of the pug in the pug costume. it's a scream! i went looking for it and couldn't find it either. i wonder if they made it for him. but maybe there's an infant human pug costume you could alter.
