Im buying a new gaming computer soon should i get "overclocking?"?

    Overclocking can increase the performance of your system for free, but I probably wouldn't recommend overclocking it if you don't know what you're doing. Doing it improperly or going beyond what your system can handle will either make it unstable or shorten the lifespan of your hardware.

    If you have no idea how it works or what it does though, I probably wouldn't do it. The performance gains are usually not tremendous. You might get a few more frames per second in some games and absolutely no difference in others.
